There is free parking on the street outside, however if none is available there is free parking in Queens Square, Sainsbury’s carpark and Edenside Drive Carpark which are all a short walk away,
Do you offer concession/cheep therapy service? Yes, I have a discounted service offer, this is with a Level 4 Counsellor working under my supervision whilst training on a Level 5 Psychotherapy diploma. There is often a waiting list for this low cost service.
What is Psychotherapy? is a deeply collaborative talking therapy designed to help you understand your emotional patterns, unconscious behaviours, and personal history to create lasting, foundational psychological change. While counselling addresses immediate, surface-level situations, psychotherapy goes beneath the surface to explore the root causes of how you experience the world.
How can psychotherapeutic counselling help me?
psychotherapeutic counselling can support you in navigating a wide range of challenges, such as grief, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, and life transitions. Together, we’ll explore your feelings, identify patterns, and help you develop tools to move forward with greater confidence and peace.
Do you work with Neurodiversity? Yes. I work in a neurodiversity-affirming way, supporting neurodivergent clients while adapting therapy to their individual needs, strengths, and experiences.
What is hypnotherapy, and how can it benefit me? Hypnotherapy is a deeply relaxing, focused state of awareness that allows you to access your subconscious mind. It can help with issues like anxiety, phobias, smoking cessation, and boosting self-confidence. It’s a safe, effective way to bring about lasting change.
What happens during a tarot reading? A tarot reading is an intuitive and reflective process that can provide guidance, clarity, and insight into your life. It’s not about predicting the future but rather offering you a fresh perspective and tools to make empowered decisions and/or discoveries.
What are Circles, and who are they for? Circles are supportive gatherings designed for people to connect, share, and grow within a nurturing community. Each Circle has a unique theme and incorporates practices like guided meditations, intention-setting, and open discussions. Circles are great for celebrations and we can work together together in creating a bespoke circle for your special day.
Are your sessions in person or online? I offer both in-person sessions in Attleborough Norfolk, and online, allowing flexibility to suit your needs.
How do I know which service is right for me? If you’re unsure which service best suits your needs, you can book a free consultation where we can chatt and I can answer any questions.
Is everything I share in our sessions confidential? Yes, confidentiality is central to my practice. Everything you share will be handled with the utmost care and discretion, adhering to professional ethical guidelines.
Terms of service.
By booking any of the services I offer, you agree to the below terms.
I am a member of TheNational Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and The National Hypnotherapy Societyand am obliged to comply with the bylaws and codes of ethics and to always put the client first, information for which can be found on their websites.
Confidentiality will be maintained unless in the most exceptional circumstances and all information collected during the sessions will be protected at all times. Information will only be disclosed under a Court Order (civil, criminal or coroner’s Court) or where not to disclose would cause danger or serious harm to others. Information may also be shared with an NHS medical practitioner or other Health Professional, but only with your agreement.
I have an obligation under the membership of The NCPS and The National Hypnotherapy Society to continue my professional learning and development and therefore I may share case histories with supervisors and peer-support groups. All information will be anonymous, and this will not be a breach of professional confidentiality.
All records and personal information relating to the Client are securely stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

I do not operate a 24-hour crisis line. If you are facing a medical emergency or cannot keep yourself safe, please call 999 or attend A&E immediately.

Sessions and fees: The cost of each session is varies depending on the services requested and can be paid for via the booking link or BACS at time of booking . Therapy sessions will take place at Enchanted Circle premises, NR17 2AB, unless stated otherwise. Free 25 minute consultations are available, and you may be sent a questionnaire prior that needs to be completed prior to your appointment. Any following session dates and times will be agreed and booked when discussing treatment plan during the consultation or at the end of your session.
Cancellation Policy: You, the Client is responsible to provide the Therapist with 48 hours’ notice of cancellation of any appointment, failure to do so, except with mitigating circumstances, I will reserve the right to charge the full fee of the non-attended session. If you fail to attend two consecutive sessions without contact with then all future sessions will be cancelled, and an invoice sent covering the costs of the non-attended sessions.
If you are more than ten minutes late to your appointment or do not attend without 48 hours notice, or arrive intoxicated, the session may be cancelled without a refund and you will be charged for the full session. If you fail to attend two consecutive sessions without contact with me then all future sessions will be cancelled, and an invoice sent covering the costs of the non-attended sessions and all future sessions will be payable upfront upon booking.
You will be given as much notice as possible should I need to cancel the appointment, if am unable to perform the service or am unexpectedly delayed for more than ten minutes, I will offer you a full refund or the option of rescheduling to another time. In the unlikely occasion that I cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours you will receive you next session free of charge.
You should seek the advice of a qualified medical practitioner before commencing any treatment. It is not recommended that you stop or alter any treatment you are currently receiving without prior consent of a doctor or a mental health advisor.
The Therapist will not conduct any sessions if the client is under influence of drugs and/or alcohol and anti-social behaviour will result in the immediate termination of and further treatment.
Hypnotherapy.
Disclaimer: I do not offer any guarantees. Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process and requires commitment and motivation from each client. I promise to use my expertise, experience and skill to help you achieve your goals in the least amount of sessions possible.
Hypnobirthing.
Disclaimer: Using Hypnobirthing techniques is not a substitute for the advice of or the presence during birth or any part of pregnancy or labour of a qualified medical practitioner, midwife or obstetrician during birth or any part of pregnancy. It does not represent an alternative to appropriate medical care or for professional medical advice in any way shape or form. Any questions or doubts that you have about the use of Hypnobirthing should be discussed by you with your medical caregiver.
The appropriateness of this programme to you or any third party whom you represent should be confirmed with your medical caregiver prior to undertaking the programme.
All of your decisions are yours to make with the consideration of advice from your midwife or Dr, and neither Enchanted Circle or Suzanne Jode are responsible for any outcome.
Neither Enchanted Circle or Suzanne Jode accept responsibility for inappropriate use of Hypnobirthing techniques or complications or harm resulting from the use of Hypnobirthing techniques as a substitute for medical advice. Hypnobirthing is intended solely as an 'aid' to 'help' increase the comfort of labour and is not a guarantee of expected, imagined or actual outcome of the labour or birth in any way.
Participation in Hypnobirthing classes in part or in total by any person is undertaken with their understanding that no litigation or legal action whatsoever will be initiated or that no form of compensation, reimbursement or refund will be claimed or applied for at any time now or in the future against Enchanted Circle or Suzanne Jode under any circumstances whatsoever.
Hypnobirthing Cancellation Policy: Due to high demand and limited course places, hypnobirthing bookings are strictly non-transferable and subject to a non-refundable £50.00 deposit.
The only circumstances under which a full refund will be made are if your baby arrives before the course starts, or in the very unlikely event of the course being cancelled.
The fee is 100% due should you need to make cancellation less than three weeks before your course start date.
The fee will be 50% refundable should you need to make cancellation less than five weeks but more than three weeks before your course start date.

Complaints: In the first instance, please send all complaints in writing to zanny@enchantedcircle.uk. If this does not resolve then the National Hypnotherapy Society and The National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society both provide a complaint and disciplinary procedure and a copy of this is available at any time via their websites, along with their contact address and phone numbers.
