I am a therapist who often works with people who are living with grief, loss or the reality of dying. Many of the people I work with are navigating bereavement, traumatic loss, unresolved pain from the past, or the complex emotions that come with the hardest endings.
Others come to therapy to explore how trauma has shaped their life, to find gentle ways to heal, or to gain support through major life transitions. My practice is rooted in a trauma-informed approach, creating a safe space to be held, heard and empowered.
