Psychotherapy
I work integratively, which means I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. We are all complex, layered beings shaped by our experiences, relationships, bodies, beliefs, and the stories we carry. Working integratively allows me to draw from different therapeutic models and ways of working, so that each session is tailored to you as an individual.
In our work together, I will meet you where you are. We may explore your thoughts and emotions, your past experiences, how your nervous system and body respond to stress or trauma, your patterns in relationships, and the deeper meanings you make of your life. This holistic way of working supports not just short-term relief, but deeper understanding, integration, and lasting change.
My practice is trauma-informed and grounded in safety, compassion, and respect. I offer a space where all parts of you are welcome and there is no need to mask, perform, or be anything other than who you are. This is a space where you can show up honestly, even with the parts that feel messy, contradictory, or hard to hold.
I will always work at your pace, but I am also gently curious and will support you in moving towards the core of what is really going on beneath the surface. I bring my full, authentic self into the therapeutic relationship, believing that real connection and honest presence are central to meaningful healing.
It is not my role to ‘fix you’. My role is to empower you, so that over time you no longer need regular therapy, but instead develop a strong sense of self, deeper self-trust, and the ability to make choices that feel aligned with who you truly are. The aim is for you to leave therapy feeling more whole, resourced, and confident in navigating life on your own terms. 🌿
